We are a DC metro area based boutique accounting firm started in 2013.
Our Story
When Iche was still working for Deloitte, he was searching for a CPA for his startup tax preparation and planning one time. He spent several months and could not find one that was willing to listen to him and to provide the tax and business advisory at a reasonable price. After several attempts, he complained to one of his friends. His friend said, "if you cannot find one to treat you right, why not create one and treat people right?" He did. He started one for himself and for people like him. Several years after, the company has grown and attracted many talented professionals with various credentials, including CPA, CFA, CFE, MBA, MST, PMP etc.. Iche and Ashley and the team help clients compliance, create wealth, and build a peace of mind that our comprehensive approach will have their business and family covered.

General Counsel
Eric is a licensed attorney in Maryland. He oversees estate planning practice. He lives in Clarksburg, MD with his wife and two daughters.
David Roggen
Director CISSP and CFA holder. Dave takes care of clients regarding cybersecurity strategy, CMMC Readiness, and HIPAA compliance.
