Our Story
Founded in 2013 in the DC metro area, 360.CPA is a boutique accounting and advisory firm serving entrepreneurs, cross-border families, GovCon contractors, startups, nonprofits, real estate investors, and professional service businesses. When Iche was still working for Deloitte, he was searching for a CPA for his startup tax preparation and planning one time. He spent several months and could not find one that was willing to listen to him and to provide the tax and business advisory at a reasonable price. After several attempts, he complained to one of his friends. His friend said, "if you cannot find one to treat you right, why not create one and treat people right?" He did. He started one for himself and for people like him. Several years after, the company has grown and attracted many talented professionals with various credentials, including CPA, CFA, CFE, MBA, MST, PMP etc.. Our team brings experience from Deloitte, PwC, legal, cybersecurity, finance, and risk advisory backgrounds.

Eric is a licensed attorney in Maryland. He oversees estate planning practice. He lives in Clarksburg, MD with his wife and two daughters.
